This cover art is a bit old, but it still does the job in my book. Done in Illustrator and touched up in Photoshop, this art focused on the importance of understanding hypotonic solution (eg what is delivered to the patient via an IV bag) not being a universal for fluid maintenance. The lettering was done using the warp tool in Illustrator - one of the best tools ever.
